In November, 6,630 passenger car ownership transfers were completed, which is 611 fewer than in October. November’s figures show that instead of the hoped-for gradual recovery of the market, the car market fell back into a downturn. Looking back at the current year, the month with the steepest decline was February, when the market dropped by 63 percent compared to the previous year. After February, the market showed slow signs of recovery month by month, but as can be seen, November brought an unexpected new decline, with the number of ownership transfers falling by as much as 68 percent compared to the previous year. Compared to 2023, the decline in November was 50 percent. Therefore, based on November’s results, it cannot be said that the used car market is recovering.
