Ford’s importer, Inchcape Motors, has been the brand’s sole official dealer on the Estonian market since October 21. In mid-November, a new Ford showroom will open its doors in Laagri — the first step in the company’s ambitious plan to expand operations and increase Ford’s market share in the coming years.

Inchcape Motors Estonia has been the official importer of Ford passenger cars and commercial vehicles in Estonia since February last year, and as of October 21 this year, Inchcape Motors is Ford’s only official dealer in Estonia. Last year, Ford showrooms were opened at Inchcape Motors locations in Peetri and Tartu.

“In Tallinn, Ford will move in mid-November to a completely new brand dealership in Laagri, where the full range of Ford passenger and commercial vehicles will be available, along with aftersales service,” said Madis Sinijärv, Business Manager for Ford and corporate clients at Inchcape Motors. “Over the past one and a half years that the Ford brand has been in our portfolio, despite the extremely challenging automotive market, we have managed to grow Ford’s market share by more than half, and our future goals for the Estonian market are quite ambitious,” Sinijärv continued. “In the coming years, we aim to multiply Ford’s market share by expanding its representation across Estonia in cooperation with partners.” According to Sinijärv, Ford’s model lineup will have undergone a complete renewal by the end of this year, which will strengthen the brand’s position in Estonia.

“Ford’s model range brings together the iconic Mustang sports car, the popular plug-in hybrid Kuga, the stylish Puma, and the new generation of electric vehicles with impressive range — Explorer, Capri, Puma Gen E, and Mustang Mach-E. Alongside a strong lineup of commercial vehicles, we offer the unmistakable Ford character for every journey and every driver,” he said. According to Sinijärv, the new Ford dealership in Laagri, opening to customers in mid-November, also marks a new stage of development. The new dealership combines a spacious showroom with state-of-the-art bodywork and service facilities, and the building itself has been constructed in accordance with environmental sustainability and energy-efficiency principles. From obtaining Ford importer rights to the soon-to-be-opened dealership and increasing Ford’s sales volumes, Inchcape Motors has created nearly 20 new jobs. “Just as Ford has made a powerful restart of its model lineup, we are making a restart for Ford’s representation and network in Estonia. As the importer, our clear goal is not to limit ourselves to Tallinn and Tartu but to expand both sales and service to other regions of Estonia,” Sinijärv added. He noted that meetings and discussions with potential partners have shown strong interest and confidence in the brand, and there is significant anticipation toward Ford in the Estonian car market. “As the importer of several strong automotive brands, we have extensive experience in serving different manufacturers, always following each brand’s specific standards. We consistently use the latest manufacturer-approved methods, tools, and technologies, keeping pace with technological innovations and developments. The same principle now applies to Ford vehicles — customers will always receive the best and most professional manufacturer-based advice, maintenance, and service at the new dealership,” explained Sinijärv.

The new Ford dealership opening in November is located on the border of Tallinn in Laagri, at Pärnu mnt 539. The building has a total area of 4,000 m², including around 1,100 m² of showroom space, a 1,000 m² service workshop, and a 1,300 m² body repair facility. The new center, built by Grand Ehitus OÜ, will also house a Mazda showroom alongside Ford, as well as aftersales service for Ford, Mazda, BMW, and Mini, and an independent Volvo service center. In addition to the new Ford dealership in Laagri, Inchcape Motors also operates BMW, MINI, and BYD sales and service showrooms in Haabersti, Tallinn, while the Peetri location houses Land Rover and Bravoauto used car showrooms. In Tartu, Inchcape Motors’ Ford and BYD dealership is located in Annelinn on Kalda tee. The BMW, MINI, and BMW motorcycle dealerships are situated along the Tallinn–Tartu–Luhamaa highway in Soinaste, just outside Tartu.
